Damaged or Defective Products

Return Conditions

Returns will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and packing materials must be intact

  • Returns will not be accepted for products that are damaged due to customer handling

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been fully or partially damaged by the customer.

  • Product can be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product:

  • Our Quality Team will inspect the product

  • The refund will be processed only after inspection and approval

Approved refunds will be credited within 6–7 working days after we receive the returned product.

Delivery & Replacement Timeline

  • Product will be delivered within 6–7 days

  • Replacement or exchange products will be delivered within 5–6 days
